Water Wheel Barn

The water wheel came before the barn, purchased from a condominium development whose members decided that the log building with a beautiful water wheel didn't "go with" the architectural style of buildings. Soooo, we bought the water wheel and log house to put at the run-off area of our pond. However, when we started the barn, the project grew much larger than anticipated. We have to wait a while to put up the water wheel. We enjoy the barn for gatherings, especially family celebrations and holidays. We've enjoyed many Mother's Days, Thankgsgvings, Christmases, birthdays, parties, and two weddings. One of my daughters even lived in it for a year while she served a clerkship in Chattanooga. Someday we may choose to move into it. Until then, our horses love it and we enjoy it too.
